![]() Just long-click on a location on the map and it will bring up an "add to route" window, allowing you to add either that precise point or a nearby airport to the route. If FltPlan Go makes this available similar to ForeFlight, then it is killer!Īctually, I was playing around with FltPlan Go this morning, and I discovered that you can in fact create a route from the map page. That has to be done through the flight planning interface and it makes it harder to plan enroute detours unless you are ready to enter the coordinates and such. ![]() ![]() The *ONLY* thing why I feel FltPlan Go is not as good as the others is that you cannot make a navlog from the touch interface. This feature is only available in the "Pro" versions of Foreflight and Garmin, so that is really cool. Open any IFR plate including the aerodrome plate when you are in the vicinity of an airport to understand what it means. FltPlan Go is without any subscription and you get all maps for US/Canada and the Caribbean and they are geo-referenced plates. Still lacking on certain features that are easily available on Foreflight and those little things seem to make it look big. ![]() They are constantly working to improve it and make it nicer. Garmin has the app for Android in the US and the iOS app for Canada, but for some weird reason they are unwilling to bring the Android app to Canada. I've tried contacting Garmin and Foreflight in this regard.įoreflight is not interested in developing for Android at all. ![]()
